Receive a complimentary visual bumper-to-bumper vehicle inspection at Pugh's Car Care Center. Brought my car here after my A/C died last last 3 hours of our trip. They looked it over the next day (no appointment) and suggested that it likely just froze up. They didn't fix what wasn't broken, which was a relief.
Highly recommend for an honest assessment. Out-of-towner that had an unexpected, serious issue with my vehicle. They took great care of us, very quickly and fairly. If it wasn't a 12 hour drive from where I live, I would bring all of my auto repair business here, hands down. Broke down on Hatteras Island.

I have been using Pugh's Auto service since 1998 for both of our vehicles. I have never once had a complaint. He and his staff are Grade A+. Ray Pugh himself is a hell of a nice guy, avid fisherman and on the side offers fishing trips. When I get the chance, I really enjoy talking with him. Always friendly, always fair, always prompt! Love being able to schedule an appointment or walk in and value their advice!
