Services
Acupuncture
We combine classical Chinese acupuncture with modern sports medicine techniques to treat pain and restore balance. Our practitioners use thin needles at specific points to stimulate healing, addressing both immediate symptoms and underlying imbalances. This service benefits patients with chronic pain, sports injuries, and emotional disorders through personalized treatment plans.
Herbal Medicine
Custom herbal formulations in various forms address specific health concerns. We prescribe traditional Chinese herbs in pill, powder, tincture, or raw formats to complement acupuncture treatments. These natural remedies support internal balance and treat conditions ranging from digestive issues to chronic pain, with options for convenient home use.
Therapeutic Massage
Our therapeutic massage integrates multiple modalities to relieve muscle tension and improve circulation. Practitioners use techniques from light energetic work to deep tissue manipulation, addressing physical discomfort while promoting mental relaxation. This service helps restore bodily balance and supports recovery from musculoskeletal conditions.
Sports Medicine
Specialized sports medicine services enhance athletic performance and prevent injuries. We combine acupuncture with biomechanical assessments and personalized training plans to optimize physical function. This service addresses sports-related injuries, improves recovery times, and helps athletes maintain peak condition through holistic treatment approaches.
Orthopedic Acupuncture
Targeted orthopedic acupuncture focuses on musculoskeletal issues using modern techniques. We treat pain, inflammation, and mobility issues by combining traditional needle placement with contemporary understanding of anatomy. Thank you Lynda! I had been struggling with pain on the bottom of my foot. It showed up quickly and was extremely painful to walk. I tried two different acupuncturists, with no relief or only temporary relief. I got *one* treatment with Lynda: she worked on the plantar fascia, achilles, and calf. It reduced my pain by 85%. I am able to walk without pain, and she gave me stretches and exercises to do at home. Incredible!
