Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services address injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery through personalized treatment plans. Using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, we restore mobility, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries. Patients receive education on body mechanics and home exercises to sustain progress, ensuring long-term wellness and functional independence.
Pilates
Pilates sessions focus on core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement to improve posture and overall fitness. Tailored programs integrate classical Pilates principles with modern techniques, benefiting athletes, post-rehab patients, and individuals seeking low-impact exercise. Classes emphasize controlled movements to enhance stability, balance, and body awareness.
Balance Therapy
Balance Therapy targets stability issues and fall risks through strength exercises, gait training, and vestibular rehabilitation. Customized programs address inner ear dysfunction, age-related decline, or injury-related instability. Patients gain confidence in daily activities while reducing fall risks through evidence-based interventions and home safety education.
Orthopedic Therapy
Orthopedic Therapy specializes in treating bone, joint, and muscle conditions using manual techniques and targeted exercises. We address arthritis, sports injuries, and post-operative recovery by restoring function and alleviating pain. Treatment includes myofascial release, joint mobilization, and corrective exercises to rebuild strength and prevent recurrence.
Fall Prevention
Our Fall Prevention program reduces fall risks through strength training, balance exercises, and home safety assessments. Designed for seniors and individuals with mobility challenges, it includes gait analysis, environmental modifications, and education on stability strategies. The goal is to enhance independence and confidence in daily living.

This place is the best. I came to Pyramid a few years ago for a hip replacement and it was the best decision. They were so good that I recently returned for therapy with my back. The staff is awesome. The facility is great. And the atmosphere is friendly, encouraging, and professional. Coming back after a few years felt really comfortable. I actually missed seeing these great people the last few years. And although Im not stoked about having a spine injury, I know Im in the best hands possible. Check them out. You wont be disappointed.

Employee review: I have worked and volunteered at other physical therapy clinics and Pyramid PT is like no other. They truly care about the care patients are getting. They value one to one time with their patients and watch you the whole time. Ive seen other clinics that will leave patients to do their exercises on their own the whole timeyou come to physical therapy because something is wrong and needs attention, therefore skilled direction is needed throughout the session. In addition to amazing patient care, the pyramid team is a great one to work with! Always great communication and understanding

After knee replacement, I found the Pilates rehab the BEST. However, I continued after the rehab period for the total body experience. The staff is awesome very experienced and friendly.

Pyramid Physical Therapy has been so beneficial to me! Hate to say, but in the last 2 yrs, I have had 3 surgeries The therapists there have seen me through rehab for all! When I am released from treatment, they allow me to continue to rehab on my own with their independent gym! It is a wonderful place!!!!
