We will check you in over the phone and bring you in when we have a room ready for you. We ask that you please limit family & friends coming with you to your appointment and ask them to remain in the car during your appointment.

Meet The Team

Dr. Phillip Kolb officially retired in early 2021 after nearly 60 years practicing dentistry. Dr. Phillip is a native of rural Gibson County, Indiana, and is a 1962 graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis. After practicing for two years in northern Indiana, Phil founded the Boonville practice in 1964 in a building just off the square on North Third Street.
