
We have classes and programs to fit everyone's goals - Beginner Programs, Intermediate/Advanced Practitioners and Kids ages 6-14! Is your goal fitness? Jiu-Jitsu will get you in great shape! We begin every practice with Jiu-Jitsu specific warm ups to help with movement, flexibility, and cardio! After your warm up you will be ready for demonstration and practice (drilling and reflex and development).
During drilling you will be consistently moving your body with your partner to learn the specific Jiu-Jitsu techniques of the class. Once you move into our Intermediate/Advanced Program you will be ready to utilize what you have learned in Free Sparring. Is your goal Self-Defense? Jiu-Jitsu has been proven to be the most effective form of self-defense!

Adult Intermediate/Advanced Jiu-Jitsu Program - These classes consists of Jiu-Jitsu specific warm ups, stretches and exercises followed by demonstration, positional drilling and "free sparing". Adult Jiu-Jitsu Foundation Classes - In these classes we start with Jiu-Jitsu specific warm ups and drills that will help students get into shape and learn proper body awareness.
