Your employees blocked me in a shopping center. Instead of saying hey can you move possibly I was blocked in while they fixed a sign. Not acceptable. Not enough room to properly back out and then getting told listen lady really upset me. 5 seconds of courtesy would have changed this.

We had them do our original sign. Very professional no issues at all. We are moving to a new location and we need our sign moved. We have called several times and keep getting the run around. No one is even answering your call. So unhappy with the customer service. If companies don't want the work why don't they just tell you..

The team at Encinos has supported my store with 4 projects at this point, 2 of which were large scale projects over 10k and 15k. The quoting process is quick, the fabrication is flawless, and the support and quality of service from the owner to the installation crew is unmatched. These guys have met VERY tight deadlines for me, and despite unforeseen complications (which always happens with large jobs), they stayed until the work was completed and held to their word. We literally watched the owner and 3 guys today try to unload a skid steer off a trailer and there were so many things they did wrong that osha would love to see. We videoed the entire thing. Very bad management. I am a foreman in construction and Jesus these people dont know s***.
