Vanh Dy's Asian Restaurant & Lounge

This is Ms. Vanh Dy, smiling in her own restaurant located in her hometown of Xieng Khouang, Laos. We owe a great deal of who we are today to a mother who exemplified great character, love and success. While raising all 12 of her children, she succeeded in having one of the most sought after restaurants in their community.

Fried Edamame Pods stir fried in the Chef's slightly sweet & mildly spiced XO paste made with bacon & prosciutto. Choose your spice level mild, medium, hot, or fire. Four seasoned chicken breast slices marinated in coconut milk with a touch of curry, then grilled on a bamboo skewer. Served with our Satay peanut sauce.
