Together, I can help you move into the future with awareness and intention toward the life of your dreams. I can meet you at the level you are now, with acceptance and respect, without judgement.

I can teach you ways to move forward from here and create your desired life. It is only by being aware of who you are now that you can move in a productive and positive way toward your desired goal. I have extensive training in Gestalt Therapy, Process Therapy, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Recovery from Substance Abuse, Addiction and Adolescence issues.
