I cannot say enough how wonderful of an experience we had at The Ring. My then boyfriend and I were looking a several ring stores that day and were met with salespeople that prejudged us and showed little interest in showing us rings (we think this must have been because of our casual attire and ages). They would either heavily push payment plans and cheap rings, or give us no service or education on the process at all. Jeanette at The Ring treated us with respect and zero judgement. The layout of the store also allowed us to have a non-intrusive experience and really spend time looking at all

The customer service and selection there are great! They are unique in a sense that you are able to comfortably walk around and try on all of the rings in the store without having to ask for it to be taken out of the glass case. They offer good warranties and free ring cleaning for life. The experiences I have had with The Ring Austin has been exceptional.

I had my wedding band and ring soldered together here and they were incredibly kind and helpful. The cost was surprisingly really great and the result turned out beautiful! Im glad I happened to walk by and get a price quote. Definitely would recommend this placevery trustworthy and respectful.

My wife and I purchased my wedding ring from here a few years ago. I love the ring and the quality of it. The reason why I give this a 3/5 is because of the service provided by the employees that work there. I'm not sure if it is because of who I am or what, but I have never been greeted or nicely helped when I've gone there, be it to purchase my ring or to come back for a cleaning or even to look at purchasing more jewelry. Love the quality...hate the service...
