Services
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy employs skilled hand techniques to improve joint mobility, reduce soft tissue swelling, and restore normal muscle function. Our certified therapists use mobilization and manipulation to treat movement restrictions causing pain. This specialized approach addresses conditions like neck pain, back pain, and joint stiffness through targeted physical interventions that complement exercise programs for comprehensive recovery outcomes.
Acupuncture
Our licensed acupuncturist integrates traditional Chinese medicine with modern physical therapy to alleviate chronic pain. Fine needles stimulate the body's natural painkillers and improve circulation, effectively treating headaches, arthritis, and nerve-related discomfort. This evidence-based complementary therapy works synergistically with other rehabilitation techniques to enhance pain management and accelerate healing for improved functional outcomes.
Vestibular Rehab
Specialized vestibular rehabilitation addresses dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders through customized exercise programs. Our therapists implement sensory retraining and gaze stabilization techniques to recalibrate the vestibular system's communication with the brain. This targeted approach improves spatial orientation and postural control, helping patients regain confidence in daily activities while reducing fall risk through progressive balance challenges.
Dry Needling
Certified clinicians perform dry needling to treat muscle knots and chronic soft tissue pain using ultra-thin filiform needles. This technique triggers localized healing responses in overactive muscles, effectively addressing sports injuries, repetitive strain, and postural pain. Combined with stretching protocols, it breaks pain cycles and restores normal muscle function while complementing other therapeutic interventions for comprehensive pain management solutions.
Post-Surgical Rehab
Our structured post-operative rehabilitation programs follow surgeon protocols to optimize recovery after joint replacements, ligament repairs, and spinal surgeries. Phased therapy includes range-of-motion exercises, progressive strengthening, and functional training tailored to surgical timelines. Continuous monitoring ensures safe tissue healing while restoring mobility and preventing compensatory movement patterns that could compromise long-term outcomes through coordinated care with physicians.

I highly recommend Quantum Physical Therapy. I had an X-ray and MRI on my knee at the hospital. It was unclear what was wrong. When I arrived at Quantum, the staff was friendly and dedicated. They swiftly understood why I was in pain and built a stretching and exercise plan to strengthen my knee. I always felt comfortable and listened to during appointments. Not only did they inform me about how to help my knee so I could return to running, but also they provided information on how to specifically care for the muscles and tendons in my legs to prevent future injuries.
Shoutout to the amazing

I knew I chose the right place when I selected Quantum Physical Therapy to help me get through some tough injuries at a tough time. I was treated well by the Receptionist, the Therapists, and any Staff member that I came in contact with during my treatments. When I first started my visits I was in terrible pain, and having a lot of difficulty just doing normal basic movements. But now, after a few months of treatment, I have better range of motion, new energy, and less pain than I did when I started. The Physical Therapists know what they are doing, and make sure you don't take on too much too

My experience at Quantum Physical Therapy was as good as rehabilitating an injured knee can get. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were friendly, helpful, and speedy. They were more than accommodating of my less-than-flexible schedule and were also very good at being proactive about forecasted blizzards. As far as the physical therapy itself goes, Sancho was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and easy to relate to. He demonstrated a genuine interest in my injury and getting me back to 100% as effectively as possible. Sancho did not simply reduce me to my injury, as so many health
