Probably wouldn't recommend. Staff usually isn't helpful. Maintenance is usually fast (not always) and isn't always friendly. Our unit has a crazy moisture/mold problem. We talked to maintenance about it and they basically told us it was our fault. I'm not sure how every window gathering moisture everyday all the time could be our fault. We've lived here two years. After our first lease, they didn't raise our rent at all (middle of the pandemic/eviction moratorium), but the renewal offer we received for this lease that's up in a month is going up 18%! That is 9 times the national average for raised

Many different type of bug infestations on top of a broken window that never got fixed. Grayish water without warning. Loud neighbors. Heat is turned off whenever management feels like it. If you’re apartment doesn’t have AC, summer feels like you’re in an oven. One of our cats almost died from overheating. Don’t move in without seeing your apartment first, can’t sweat that enough. Pay close attention to the negative reviews.

The most honest review I can give is that this area is gorgeous and the apartments are very aesthetically pleasing. We do not rent here, but we have been trying to get a tour here for months. They did not call to confirm our tour until the day before and this is after attempting to set an appointment up over the phone several times. Every time we call with a question or speak to anyone in person the answers we get are "I don't know" and "that's not my job" and no one bothers to get us the correct answers or redirects us. It almost seems like no one is interested in selling us these apartments or

Highly Recommended. We've been here for three years and enjoyed our time. Management and maintenance are both very responsive and courteous. The property is beautifully maintained and conveniently located. It's been great for our dog, too.

Shorewood has beautiful apartments in a beautiful area. The leasing office is generally helpful, and I haven’t had the issues other people have described. Presumably the change in management helped a lot.
Seriously though, it’s gorgeous here! Within walking distance of the famous Luther Burbank Park, and has a lot of hiking / biking / walking trails.

Loved living here. It’s really quite and safe neighborhood also very convenient place to stay if you have a job in Bellevue or in Seattle. Should also mention that it’s very close to Luther Burbank park where you can enjoy the sunset or a barbecue party with your friends or just a walk in the woods.
