The Lasley Company was founded in 2000 by James I. "Jimmy" Lasley, III and Brian L. Lasley. The company began operations specializing in commercial and residential real estate. In 2005, the company expanded to include the construction of homes and in 2006, it added a Rental Properties department.

Each applicant must complete an application which you can find online on our website at www.thelasleycompany.com, or pick one up at our office, 5110 Kavanaugh Blvd., Little Rock, AR 72207. There is a $50 non-refundable background and credit check fee for every applicant. This is required for each adult over the age of 18 that will be living in the residence.

If the lease is not fulfilled you must contact your property manager for associated cost for breaking the lease. The Lasley Company must have a written 30 day notice to vacate signed and received by one of our representatives. We will mail your security deposit refund (less lawful deductions) and an itemized accounting of any deductions no later than 60 days after surrender or abandonment of the premises.
