Pearl has been comfortably tucked away on the northern end of the Monadnock Community Plaza in Peterborough, NH for more than 8 years now. Chef Harris is a graduate of Loyola University and the Culinary Institute of America where he developed a passion for Italian and French cooking.
After graduation, Harris took his skills to President Obama's favorite Chicago restaurant, Spiaggia, where he spent three years mastering the art of combining ingredients to produce bold, innovative flavors.Now, Harris and his young family have returned home and have brought a passion for food with them.

Any reservation can be made for any time with the understanding that due to the small nature of our restaurant and the inability to accurately predict length of stay, there could be a short wait at the door. Wait times are generally less than fifteen minutes. We have also found there is less chance of a wait if a reservation is made for before 6pm or after 8pm.
