
At Sculpt Fitness, we offer private one-on-one training, small group workouts, and athlete performance with the top personal trainers in Akron Ohio. With 7 trainers, our team has a variety of backgrounds and all levels of expertise, ranging from building muscle, body transformations, improving an athlete's performance, and more.
Your trainer is your partner. They will be as invested as you are, if not more. As a team, you'll work together between 2 to 4 times a week, using a variety of equipment and exercises to keep your workouts exciting and new! All this will be done in our fully private training gym, which is only used by those with scheduled workout times.

They will first want to understand your fitness goals, the best time of day that works for you to come in for your first workout, as well as answer any initial questions you may have!
When you meet with one of our trainers for your visit, they will take the time over the course of an hour to get to know you, your fitness goals, stumbling blocks you have or are currently facing in reaching your goal, as well as taking you through your choice of either a 30 minute private workout or small group workout!After that our trainer will be able to best guide you towards the best option moving forward.

Our small group workouts have become popular in the Akron area those who want to workout with others in a cost effective way while having the guidance of some of the best trainers around! With a cap of 6-8 people in each class, we allow for plenty of spacing for our members to keep them safe.
