Ive been a painting contractor for over 20 years, and in the building trades my entire adult life. In that time, Ive worked with dozens of building contractors throughout the bay area, and have gained a lot of insight to the type of builders who know how to manage and execute a high end project. Several years ago, I was asked to bid on a project for McNeil Construction in Sonoma County. The project demanded excellent execution towards a full home remodel, and the client was very particular about the details.
