Services
Lawn Mowing
Our subscription-based lawn mowing service provides weekly or bi-weekly maintenance from April through November. Trained technicians perform precise edging, perimeter clearing, and grass height optimization at 3-4 inches for Chicago's climate. We utilize grasscycling techniques to naturally fertilize lawns while maintaining neat appearances for residential and commercial properties.
Snow Removal
Comprehensive snow management services include driveway and walkway clearing, ice control, and property safety assessments. Our crews deploy automatically after 1+ inch snowfall events, with optional salting services using calcium chloride solutions that work down to -25F while protecting concrete surfaces.
Core Aeration
Professional core aeration removes soil plugs to improve water absorption, reduce thatch buildup, and promote deeper root growth. This essential service enhances fertilizer efficiency and lawn health, recommended annually during spring or fall for optimal results in Chicago's climate conditions.
Mulch Installation
We install organic mulch to control weeds, retain moisture, and regulate soil temperature. Our 2-3 inch applications prevent erosion while enhancing landscape aesthetics. We also offer rock installation as a low-maintenance alternative with heavy-duty landscape fabric for long-term durability.
Shrub Trimming
Custom shrub maintenance programs include seasonal pruning to prevent disease, control growth, and enhance plant appearance. Our technicians perform three service visits annually for optimal health, with specialized reshaping options available for overgrown vegetation.
