Using quality ingredients sourced from our local farmers, or purchased from abroad, along with premium black angus beef, and east coast sourced seafood, the Blue Heron is dedicated to providing our guests with a fantastic experience.

Chef and owner, Shaun Chastain, was born and raised in Central, South Carolina, and is a Daniel High School graduate. He attended Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina where he graduated with a Culinary Arts Degree.
