Holy cow! This is my first home purchase so I have nothing to compare them to, but from my inexperienced first impressions, they were incredible!!!! My realtor (20 years in the business) was there too and he was so impressed hes going to be using them for an inspection later this week.
3 people showed up (early too and after a call to see if early was ok) and my oh my were they efficient and professional. Someone on the roof, someone outside, another in the basement, then switching to other areas. Not only did they go over the report at the end of the inspection, but they brought areas of the

I can compare Reilly to other inspectors since I had a home inspection for a house that fell through prior, and the differences are amazing. Reilly checked 10% of what the other inspector checked. They did not check - heat temperature coming out of each vent to ensure proper flow, outlets and those with trips, dishwasher, water temperature in faucets, windows, condition of outside wood on the house, rodents/bugs, wash and dryer, etc... After moving in we found the following: Dishwasher doesn't work bc of water pressure, issues with hot water due to shower handle setting, no cable for tv/internet

Terrible job communicating, the inspection team was great though. No one should have to call 20 times or email numerous times to get someone to respond. Took the person running the phone/email 3 weeks to respond, absolutely ridiculous.
