We Offer new, pre owned & custom jewelry at a fraction of retail price. High end items such as Rolex, Breitling, Tiffany, Piaget, Rings, Bracelets, Necklaces, Earrings, and Watches. We have items that are priced very low so you are sure to find a great deal! Founded in 1979, we have grown to be the most respected, trustworthy jeweler in Charlotte and surrounding.
Layaway

We offer an interest free 3 month layaway with a 20% non-refundable deposit required within 3 days. If you need to extend your layaway there is a $25 per month additional charge per month past the initial the 3 months. When you are ready to place an item on layaway send an email with your email address and I will set you up with an invoice to pay your deposit.
Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Most orders will be processed and shipped the same business day if order is complete before 12pm est. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Watch Warranty

Sumpters Jewelry warrants our watches against defects for the period of 2 years under normal use. We hereby warrant our watch to the original owner. Other watch brands are excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, loss, misuse, abuse or neglect. Please note that this warranty is granted by Sumpters Jewelry and any problems with regard to the same should be directed to Sumpters Jewelry.
Lifetime Warranty

Sumpters Jewelry warrants all our Rolex watches for life from the date of purchase if stated on the order. This warranty covers any mechanical or functional defect. Rolex recommends servicing your timepiece every three to five years to keep the components properly oiled to avoid pre-moisture wear, replace all gaskets to keep the movement protected from dust, moisture and to insure all bracelet parts are secure.
