We are located East of Hillcrest on Bannister Road. Our office entry is on the NorthWest side of the building and is open 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday. If you are mailing your rent it must be received no later than the 5th to avoid late fees. If you are having financial difficulty please contact our office for payment arrangements and possible assistance through other programs!.

This information is also available in a hard copy at our KC Office location. Meridian requires all residents to have all utilities scheduled to be transferred in their name before move in day. For your convenience a list of companies and contact information have been provided. Meridian recommends that all of our potential tenants research their property to confirm any city violations have been addressed prior to moving in.
