Whether you're a three-sport high school athlete, police officer, or a professional desk jockey we have a program that will fit your needs, goals, and ability level. Even our group programs are tailored specifically to our clientele on a class-by-class basis so that you get the most out of what you put in to it.
Personal Training

If you prefer to work out on your own or with a select group of friends, consider our personal training packages. We offer personal training packages in both hour and half hour sessions and can accommodate as many people as you want to include in your private group. Whether you want the one-on-one attention or you want to work out with all of your friends we can accommodate your needs.
Sports Performance Training

Sports Performance Training is a semi-private training program for athletes of all ages and ability levels who want to increase their overall performance and athletic ability. It is our flagship program which all of the training concepts used at Olympia Fitness + Performance are based on.
This program is designed not only to make our athletes stronger, faster, more powerful and injury free, but also to teach them the fundamentals of exercise and weight room safety.Each athlete is given a personalized program and is tested every 12 weeks to measure progress in speed, strength, power and agility.

TPI Golf Performance

Our Golf Performance Training program is based on the Titleist Performance Institute philosophy and focuses on using proven methods to improve your game on the golf course. Your first session is a 17-point TPI mobility screening that allows us to determine your physical deficiencies as they relate to your swing, as well as a 7-point strength and power testing.

Our group fitness class package offers a variety of classes, all focused on getting your body feeling it's best while also helping you achieve your personal fitness goals.
