Absolute thieves who are never around the office and never answer a phone. Maintenance staff is lazy and barely friendly, office staff is fake nice and will tell you one thing and charge you for way more. Do yourself a favor a stay FAR AWAY from Willow Pond apts and townhouses. We made the mistake, but won't be renting here ever again!

On our 3rd lease term now, & all-in-all we couldn't be happier here. Office staff are always friendly & helpful too...especially Marni.
Maintenance ppl are always doing improvements inside or out. If ever any problems, they take care of it promptly...& I'm used to being a homeowner, so renting has usually been difficult for me. Complex is clean, quiet, safe & well maintained. Units are large, with walk in closet, good appliances, pretty well insulated & also well maintained. No issues here.

Very homey, safe apartment complex that takes pride in their appearance. The 2 bedroom apartment has a great big window the length of the living room that makes the room feel spacious and a kitchen with an open wall looking into the living room. The bedrooms are very spacious with an additional vanity sink in the Master bedroom. There is a beautiful pool with a life guard on duty to enjoy during the summer months as well as a tennis court and a basketball hoop.
The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and quick to take care of any concerns or issues.

Robbers. I never did take the apartment there, however I was told that I would get back my 250 dollar hold fee if I decided not to rent the apartment as I was looking to buy a house.. There was also a 25 dollar fee that I was told I wouldn't get back which I understood. When I called to inform them I would not be taking the apartment (I found a house) they told me I couldn't have my 250 dollars back. They said it would only be returned to me if I canceled while my application was being processed. Very sad and disappointed in the incompetence of these people. They are friendly enough but not very

When we first moved in, window frames were freshly painted, however after the first winter all of them were covered with BLACK MOLD. After numerous complaints to Willow Pond management and threats with lawsuits, they finally decided to change original windows that were over 40 years old. Due to poor ventilation in the bathroom (weak exhaust fan) hot water steam makes BLACK MOLD thrive, thus it requires annual repainting. Most likely black mold is airborne and circulated through cheap and porous HVAC filters. CAUTION! Insurance companies offer liability mold coverage for tenant and homeowner policy

Lived there for two years in a town house. We had mold problems, all they did was hose it off. Maintenance and office lady are nice but management lacks customer service skills and extremely unreasonable. They never plow prior to you leaving for work which was always very inconvenient. Moving out was a disaster due to the fact they want you out 5 days prior and still charge you for the utilities and water they use to clean the place and then charges you $15 because they had to pay for what they used. I highly recommend never moving in here.

This is just a writing at my time of moving in. They have been the smoothest people I've ever dealt with as far as getting me in, and showing me a very very nice apartment for the money. I will do another update when I've actually lived here for a year. It will take about that long before I can really say what its actually like to live there. The location is amazing, it is surrounded by retail and restaurants that I can walk to. One of the nicest YMCA's in the country is a mile away. The school district is reputed to be excellent. And the community is fabulous. So I'm looking very forward to it
