The world famous Peking Duck is prepared from an ancient and treasured recipe. It was created and developed in the Imperial Palace of Peking at the time when the northern capital was the center of China and epicurean arts. The Peking Duck is served with crispy duck meat with its skin wrapped in Mandarin Pancakes with scallions & Hoisin sauce.
