Services
Home Inspections
Our comprehensive home inspections examine all major systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components. Certified inspectors identify immediate concerns and potential future issues, providing detailed reports with photographic evidence. This service helps buyers understand property condition and sellers prepare for market readiness.
Radon Testing
We conduct EPA-compliant radon testing using continuous monitoring devices to measure radioactive gas levels. This odorless, colorless hazard can infiltrate through foundation cracks, posing serious health risks. Our testing follows strict protocols to ensure accurate results for property safety assessments.
Septic Dye Test
This diagnostic test identifies septic system leaks by introducing non-toxic dye into plumbing fixtures. We track dye emergence patterns to assess tank integrity and drain field functionality. Required by some lenders, this non-invasive procedure confirms proper wastewater management system operation.
Wood Destroying Insect Inspection
Certified inspectors examine properties for termite activity, carpenter ant infestations, and other wood-destroying organisms. We provide NPMA-33 compliance documentation required by mortgage lenders, including treatment recommendations and damage assessments to protect structural integrity.
Pre-Inspections
Proactive property evaluations help sellers address maintenance issues before listing. We identify repair needs, safety concerns, and code violations to enhance marketability. This service includes repair prioritization guidance and re-inspection options to ensure property readiness for buyer inspections.

On time, professional and through! Tells you the truth and gives suggestions if you ask. He is a great guy and quick turn around with information. Reasonable price for the inspection and I would pay more for the great job he did!

My daughter and her fiance just used "neighborhood home inspector"and i can't for the life of me figure out how they are still in business. I have pictures of a substandard electrical system he passed. Open eletrical boxes....low hanging wires.....apparently this is a common trend after speaking to other people who now have huge remodeling bills to pay.....if an inspector does NOT have insurance to cover problems they missed.....MOVE on to the next one.....very disappointed
