If I could not give a star I would. Long story short my girlfriend quit a while back due to personal issues with the company. Me an innocent customer was put in the middle of this and all my appointments were canceled and I was told for reasons they couldn't help me when I asked the manager Jan why instead of being honest she continued to ignore the question. LEAVE personal issues out of business. And don't waste people's time. Since then I have taken my business elsewhere.

I was on vacation in Austin and lost my retainers. They got me in the morning I called for a 10 minute scan and I was able to pick up my retainers same day. I didnt meet the orthodontist but the staff were very kind and helpful! The retainers were significantly more expensive ($575 for upper & lower) than all other local ortho offices that I called but they got me in same day so they got my business. Thank you for helping me in a pinch!

Wonderful staff at Pure Smiles. I had a dental emergency involving a permanent retainer that became loose after 15+ years. They were able to see me quickly and address my loose wire, removing the old adhesive, cleaning the area and applying a fresh bonding agent. If me or my family require any work that needs an orthodontist, Pure Smiles will be the first place I reach out to.
