I was a first time customer at Jules Touch, the entire staff was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable! I went in for a blonder/platinum balayage and a trim, but unfortunately the stylist used a way too high volume of bleach on my already blonde hair and did not even tone it. Now my hair is basically fried and gets unbelievably tangled after each shower, showing how unhealthy/dead it is now.
The whole time she commented on how healthy my hair was beforehand, so now I have to work to get it back to that as it is so frizzy and tangly after getting the service done. :( I just feel for charging

Such a nice group of ladies! I love Dusti. After an awful experience at Yellow Strawberry Jules Salon took great care of me. The owner is adorable and so nice and funny. They were able to get me in same day for a cut. I love my hair cut and will be going back to Dusti to fix my brassy hair color.

I had a disaster hair cut and Stephany saved the day!! I've been searching for someone to do my hair the way I ask and she definitely did just that. I absolutely love my hair!! By far the BEST hair cut I've ever had. She and the staff were more than inviting. The atmosphere was light and fun. I've found my hair home!!! Thank you Stephany, you made me so happy!!
