Poteet Domestic Wild White Shrimp from Brunswick Georgia 21/25 count 5# IQF frozen shell on head off shrimp. Heritage Farms from North Carolina Cheshire pork. 1 rack of ribs per pack 3# average rack, frozen. Zip lock bag of dried wild mushrooms. 1.5 oz. Hydrate before using and rinse well.
Water you hydrate mushrooms in is good to use in sauces, soups, etc., but don't pour out all of liquid, let settle and use ladle or strain through very fine sieve as these wild mushrooms grew in the woods and may contain a little sand, or grit!Our original BBQ rub great on about anything cooked on the grill, seared in a cast iron skillet, or baked in the oven.

Char-grilled bacon wrapped boneless quail breast served with creamy risotto, baby kale and finished with a molases glaze. Large shrimp dipped in a tempura batter, rolled in sweet coconut and lightly fried to a golden brown.
