Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services focus on restoring mobility and reducing pain through evidence-based techniques. We treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. Each session provides one-on-one care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who develops customized treatment plans to address specific functional limitations and performance goals.
Dry Needling
Functional dry needling targets muscle trigger points to alleviate pain and improve mobility. This technique effectively treats conditions like neck/back pain, headaches, and sports-related muscle strains. Our certified therapists use thin needles to stimulate healing responses in affected tissues, often providing immediate relief when combined with other rehabilitation strategies for optimal recovery outcomes.
Sports Injury Rehab
Specialized sports rehabilitation programs address injuries from tennis, golf, running, and other athletic activities. We combine joint mobilization, strength training, and sport-specific exercises to restore function and prevent re-injury. Our therapists work with athletes at all levels, from youth sports to professionals, focusing on returning them to peak performance safely and efficiently.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy techniques include joint mobilization and soft tissue manipulation to improve range of motion and reduce pain. These hands-on methods effectively treat conditions like shoulder impingement, spinal stenosis, and joint restrictions. Combined with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy forms a core component of our individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Postural Assessment
Comprehensive postural assessments identify alignment issues contributing to pain or movement limitations. We evaluate standing, sitting, and dynamic postures to develop corrective exercise programs. This service benefits individuals with chronic back/neck pain, athletes seeking performance improvements, and those recovering from injuries to establish proper movement patterns and prevent future complications.

Report
I have been going to Primeau Physical Therapy for a couple months now. I am very active with running, snowboarding and biking and have a history of multiple knee injuries and arthroscopic ankle surgery. After blowing out my knee last August, I worked with Kyle and his team on multiple occasions and was so happy to hear he was opening his own clinic to work with him 1:1. Kyle is able to evaluate injuries/concerns and then give specific exercise to aid in rehabilitation. I will say (depending on what your goal is) it does take some work at home, but Kyle provides the proper education and tools to
