Mary was an active LMT from 1999-2016 and had worked in a variety of settings over the years, including her private practice and other PT clinics, as well as having had the pleasure of working in a spa environment. All of this experience helped to complete her vision for the types of massage therapy now offered at Staszak Physical Therapy & Wellness Center, which is therapeutic touch in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
After being diagnosed with breast cancer in the summer of 2013, having a bilateral mastectomy and several other surgeries, Mary cut back and ultimately stopped seeing massage clients, shifting her attention to growing and managing the clinic with Mike and also starting her own skincare business.

Evolve Fitness Studios was designed with you in mind. Whether you're a hard-core fitness buff, a devout class attendee, or just starting your fitness journey, we have a space for you. Our state-of-the-art facility features three separate fitness studios, each with a different focus and purpose, and built with special impact-absorbing flooring systems so there is less stress on your joints during your workouts.

We plan to open with a limited in-studio schedule to allow ample time for cleaning and proper social distancing. The reduced in-studio schedule will also allow us to monitor safety precautions and make adjustments if necessary. We do hope to begin adding classes in the next couple of weeks. Please note that class size has also been reduced to allow for social distancing.

Our general one on one personal training and small group sessions can be completely tailored to meet your fitness goals and needs, and they are for all ages and fitness levels, from young people still participating in competitive sports, to people who have limited to no exercise experience and want to improve their quality of life.
