I'm Griff Gunnufson, the owner and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) of Peaceful Hills Massage and Wellness. I am licensed in the state of Colorado and also a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals). As a graduate of Colorado School of Healing Arts, I have a broad skill set, including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular, sports, and myofascial release.

I started my practice because I am passionate about taking a holistic approach to wellness and believe that massage is a vital modality for facilitating balance, as well as optimizing performance and recovery within the body. I strive to provide integrative bodywork tailored to the needs of each individual.
