Amazing place to live! Staff is super friendly and treat you like family! Maintenance is very fast and thoroughly accommodating! I'd suggest this to anyone looking for a new place or change of scenery! You won't regret it!

We have lived here all together, 2+ years... in fact, we loved living here so much that we sold our house just to be able to move back! The leasing staff are top notch and the maintenance guys are excellent also! Good people!! They feel more like family than landlords/staff really! Selling our house to come back was a big decision.. but I havent regretted it for one single nanosecond!

We moved here 1 year ago from Texas. We couldn't be any more comfortable in these alartments. First time we experienced apartment life and it was great. The staff here is amazing and so are the maintenance men. They come right out if you have any sort of issue. It's extremely safe we never saw or heard anything crazy. Definitely recommend this place to live. You won't regret it.

I've been living here for over 6 months and I'd have to say this is the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. The area is perfect. The staff is super friendly. The way the rent is set up is hassle free. I literally have nothing bad to say about this place. Thanks Waterview!

The apartments are junk. Everything began falling apart right after we moved in. Our dryer stopped working a week after we moved in and didn't get fixed until two and a half months later
