Damon and I have been married since 1996 and God blessed us with two amazing kiddos, Dylan and KaLyn. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, jumping out of airplanes, doing pilates, and rowing at RowHouse. I am so grateful to have such an amazing family at Elvebak Orthodontics. I joined Elvebak Orthodontics in August of 2018 and I feel so lucky to be a part of such an amazing team.

Your first visit to our office will give you the opportunity to meet our team as well learn more about orthodontics. An exam that consists of diagnostic records is made to determine the best course of treatment. Complete diagnostic records typically include a medical/dental history, clinical examination, digital photos of the patient's face and teeth, and digital X-rays.

To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months. For your convenience, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you have insurance, we will help you to determine your available coverage. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
