During a 30-minute treatment, we are usually able to address a single chief complaint. Our work is usually broken up into 15-minute increments, and as such we would be able to provide, for example, 15 minutes of massage and 1 round of acupuncture, or 15 minutes of massage and 1 round of cupping. This is an excellent option for patients who visit us regularly with minor issues.

Our bodies are quite adept at healing themselves. That being said, life is messy. Sometimes our bodies suffer from blockages or deficiencies that prevent them from doing their best, most efficient work. We use methods that help the body to overcome those obstacles, such as like acupuncture, acupressure, and moxabustion, as well as physical manipulations, like myofascial release, trigger point therapy, massage, and cupping.

The short answer is that there is very little that cannot be improved by the application of Chinese Medical Modalities.
