Working with Mark and Isabel was an amazing experience. I live in a small town with only a few jewelry stores and couldnt find a wedding band I loved. I knew Mark had the style I wanted and it was SO easy to work with them remotely! After trying on the sample that was mailed to me, And making sure it sat well with my engagement ring - I was able to order in my size/metal color and it turned out PERFECT. Its my favorite piece of jewelry that I own and I cant wait to order more pieces from them in the future. I love that it doesnt matter where I live - they can make it happen!

Honestly I was terrified of this entire process as I knew NOTHING about rings, sizes, colors, anything. I spoke to a few friends about it to try and educate myself. After meeting with Mark the first time, I already knew I was going to use him. He was so easy to talk to about a pretty complicated subject and he was so easygoing and not pushy at all. He took very thoughtful notes on what my fianc was looking for and he came back a few weeks later and found the PERFECT ring for our engagement. I love seeing it on my fiancs ring every day!! I would highly recommend Mark to anyone about to embark

The whole experience with Mark Broumand was exceptional. We initially saw the Instagram page and loved the designs. My fianc and I planned a trip to the store to see a couple of rings in person that she really liked. They were very accommodating and pleasant to work with in store even with COVID restrictions in place. We returned to the east coast and I handled the ordering and payments all via phone and online. They made the requested changes to the ring that we wanted and it came out simply beautiful. They had the ring shipped securely via FedEx and I picked it up at the FedEx station for added
