We offer traditional therapy programs as well as several specialized programs for all of your rehabilitation needs. All of our physical therapy appointments start with an individual evaluation to assess needs and goals. Throughout the following appointments, there will be a variety of exercises and modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation units, ice and heat therapy) to aid in your recovery.
Spinal Manipulation

The TemporoMandibular Joint is the hinge at the side of the head that connects the lower jaw to the temporal bone of the skull. One of the symptoms include; grinding or clenching the teeth, which puts a lot of pressure on the TMJ, dull, aching pain around the ears, which can radiate to the neck, shoulders, and back, and tenderness of the jaw muscles.
ASTYM Treatment

Astym (A-stim) is a manual therapy approach that addresses problems such as scarring, fibrosis and degeneration that occur in soft tissues as the result of trauma, surgery or overuse. The name "Astym" describes the mechanism by which the treatment works, by causing "a-stimulation" of the body's natural healing response to regenerate soft tissues, decrease pain, and improve your movement.
