For any type of event that calls for a celebration, we are the BBQ catering company of choice! Our catering packages are designed for groups of 25 or more people.
The rates shown below are for the minimum 25 person order. Depending on your guests appetites, these packages should feed between 24-26pp easily. Each package is delivered hot and ready to serve and includes plenty of sauce and serving utensils.

Drop & Go Service: All your freshly prepared items will be smoked to perfection, packed according to temperature and delivered. Hot pans provided at an additional cost. Customer is responsible for refrigeration and reheating of food if not served in the first 60 minutes of delivery. Set the Party service: We deliver & set up your BBQ Buffet with disposable hot pans and sternos.

When you can't get the real stuff from the Smokey Boys, All you need is our Famous "Butt Rub" and you're half way home to the most delicious Pulled Pork you've ever had! Best Results: Rub your Boston Butt or Pork Shoulder, Wrap it in Plastic Wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Place in your smoker at 220 Degrees for 10-12 hours until the Bone Pulls out Easily.
