Dr. Annalee Fencl is a native of Northeast Iowa, growing up in rural Lawler. Annalee attended the University of Iowa for her undergraduate studies, earning her Bachelors in Business Administration in 2009.
In 2013, she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa and decided to further her training and successfully completed a two-year post-graduate residency specializing in pediatric dentistry at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in 2015.

If informed by our staff that you are due to complete this, please print, complete, and bring both the "HIPAA Update" and "Health History Update" forms to your child's next appointment.
