I contacted Priority One and met Diane who I asked about a rental listing and was told that it was no longer available but another unit was. I submitting my application within hours of the new posting. A couple days later I was messaged that the unit was no longer available. However another couple days passed and Diane told me it was still available. She even asked when the earliest I could come see the property. I responded within 24 hours that I could visit ASAP but got an auto reply that she was out of office due to the holiday weekend. When I inquired again after the weekend she said it wasn’t

The property that we rented from this management company had us clean and replace everything, and then went ahead and charged us cleaning and replacement fees for everything. Not to mention they charged us extra "trash" fees for apparently throwing things away that we never did. We were one of the only tenets in the building that weren't white, which made us feel like they'd not fairly and properly return our deposit, but we hoped that since we paid for carpet cleaning services and bug spraying services (even though the company who performed the service told us it was unnecessary

Dianne has been great to work with. My wife and I rented an apartment managed by Priority One for the last two years, and were very satisfied with their prompt maintenance service and the easy access to rent payments through their online portal. There were some challenging situations to resolve with this property (the landlord passed away unexpectedly, and we later had to delay our move-out for months due to COVID-19), and Priority One was very accommodating and helpful in getting everything resolved smoothly. I definitely recommend them to tenants or property owners.

Renter's Beware! Unfortunately, our experience with Priority One Property Management Services was not a memorable one. Our interaction was almost entirely with Dianne, however, in the entire rental period of 2 year and 4 mos, I'm not sure if we ever met her in person. Generally, that would be a good thing, however her company was so disconnected from the property that they did not do their job properly and never followed up on anything. Up until the final couple months, we really had only minor issues but that had more to do with the fact that we tend to handle problems ourselves and

My wife and I haven't even moved into the new condo we are leasing through Priority One, but if I could give them and Dianne in particular six stars, I would. It has been such a pleasant and easy and, most importantly for us after being scammed on Craiglist, a very secure experience. Dianne is responsive, intelligent, flexible, and empathetic. They have a straightforward property management style and their online portal is very convenient and efficient for making rent payments and submitting maintenance requests. In the year that I've had dealings with Priority One i must say it's been a truly amazing experience. The hospitality, attention to details and lighting fast response time really sets them above the rest. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of and that means alot. They constantly strive for perfection in every way. If and when i need anything they're always there ro help in a kind, courteous and professional manner. Can't say enough about this group. Others should definitely take notes.

I really wanted to take the time to review this property company, as I know that it's beyond difficult to find a reputable property management company for renters in SD. I only stayed with them for a year, however, from start to finish, the process was flawless. Dianne is very responsive and I loved that they had the function where you can view the unit by a key box independently, especially when you working typical 9-5 hours. The application was super easy and I found out the results the next day. My stay renting from one of the properties was amazing and I seriously had no issues, whatsoever

Recently applied for a rental property managed by Priority One and was denied. Dianne Gulyas refused to return multiple calls in attempts to find out why. She did eventually respond to emails but was very short and dismissive. She laid the entire blame on the owner of the property and their selection process, however, she clearly did not attempt to gather very important facts about my/our qualifications that could have impacted their decision. Worst application experience I've ever been a part of...and a slap in the face that we paid $80 for the experience. I can live with the fact that we

Being a homeowner for most of my adult life, I experienced a bit of a culture shock when our family moved to San Diego and decided to rent rather then buy. The property manager, Dianne, has gone above and beyond to help us navigate the nuances of a renter's life and has been tremendously patient with all of my rare but random questions. In the world of rental companies, Priority One really stands out. We've had some bad experiences in the past with other companies, trying to navigate the endless maze of red tape and non-responsiveness, but our experience here has been very easy and quite pleasant. They were right there helping us every step of the applications process, and they're very quick to respond to any issues. I'm happy we have such a great company to work with in the coming years.

I've used Priority One multiple times when renting out my house as I traveled the country. They make everything easy and seamless. They found me great tenants every single time I rented!
Whenever there were issues with the house as far as a water heater or plumbing issues Marc was great at getting the right people there to resolve the issues. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make his clients happy.

This was the worst experience I've had applying to a unit. We were told it was first come, first serve, and that we were the first to apply for a particular unit but they wouldn't process the application until after the viewing. No management was there to show the unit, the tenants showed the unit, and they were late to let us in. The move-in date was changed several times. We viewed the unit on Saturday, and called on Monday only to find out someone else had applied a few days prior to us (even though they lied and said we were the first to apply). We knew we would be approved for this
