We are a private, out-patient physical therapy practice located in the heart of Garden City, treating all kinds of sports injuries, orthopedic, and neurological conditions. We focus on adult and pediatric populations. We work hard to get you back to your regular activities as quickly and safely as possible.

We utilize manual therapy techniques, which are done one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist. When many of our patients arrive, they are nervous, apprehensive and in pain. Manual therapy is a hands-on intervention that our NYS licensed physical therapist provides one-on-one. The physical therapist will assess joint mobility and muscle strength to the injured joint. Other techniques may be used including massage, stretching and deep pressure. Combined, this approach will increase mobility and normal movement patterns.
Pediatrics

At Physical Therapy Options we know that childhood injuries are different from those of adults. Thanks to our experience and training, we are able to offer pediatric services to meet the needs of growing children. We also provide physical therapy for children in CPSE and CSC who have Gross Motor Delays.
