Dr. Fred Ou-Yang graduated from Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry (Southern CA) in 2000. Prior to dental school, he attended UCLA and majored in Biochemistry for his undergraduate studies. Dr. Ou-Yang has been practicing dentistry for 10 years. Prior to starting his private practice in Newark, Dr. Ou-Yang has worked in different dental clinics in Palm Springs and Hayward.
