My St. John practice is a family-oriented chiropractic clinic where I evaluate and treat all ages of people. As a St. John Chiropractor, my main priority is fast pain relief for both acute and chronic injuries and pain. Ultimately, I want people to know that they are a special, unique, and that they have been created to do great things.
It is my goal as a St. John Chiropractor to help patients achieve health- by providing fast pain relief and then helping them with the tools that they need to live happy and healthy lives. I have always wanted to be known as the family chiropractor. My personal philosophy is that chiropractic health care can be utilized in two ways: primarily as number one is purely pain relief, and secondly, as a vehicle for a more healthy lifestyle. I actually think that it doesn't have to be exclusively one way or the other, and at different times, patients will use each approach.

When I was going to college at the University of Minnesota at Morris I also worked as an E.M.T. on the local ambulance service. One morning on an ambulance call I slipped on wet grass and fell flat on my back which resulted in the loss of feeling in my hands. After the local Medical Doctor told me that there was nothing wrong with me my father suggested that I go to the Chiropractor.

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.

If you've ever gone to a social event where you didn't know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel. Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home. Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it's important that our relationship can go the distance.
First Visit

On your very first visit to our chiropractic office make sure if you have any previous recent x-rays, MRI's etc that you bring them with you if you can. We start with you filling in a short intake form and then I will sit down with you one to one and take a history from you where I will listen to you.
