Sangha Community Acupuncture
At Sangha Community Acupuncture, it is our belief that the human body has the ability to heal itself, that it can be supported and enhanced through this process utilizing acupuncture, massage, nutrition, meditation and other modalities. In our busy lives, we don't always take enough time for self-care, until our bodies start giving us subtle and not-so-subtle signals that's "something is off".

Most people have experienced headaches at one time or another, or fatigue, or an over-active mind making it difficult to sleep. If you've had these, or symptoms like these for more than three months, though, that's your body signaling that it needs some help. When we take time for self-care, we re-set and re-balance the nervous system, our hormones and all elements of our health.

What is acupuncture? Acupuncture is a key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) developed over 3,000 years ago in China. According to TCM, health is achieved by maintaining the body in a "balanced state". Disease is due to an internal imbalance that leads to blockage in the flow of qi (chee).
