I had been going to this dentist for years. While most staff are helpful and friendly, they are pricey and suggest aggressive treatment plans. When the previous office manager left and the new one took over, everything took a turn for the worse. Every visit is a negative experience, from appointments,(asking for payment weeks in advance of an appointment) billing (calling for payments on bills already paid), follow up (every visit expands the 'treatment plan), insurance (using wrong codes, getting minimum reimbursement) and attitude (continuous arguments from office manager). This is such a horrible dentist and they overcharge you for everything. I guessing that is how they pay for all their fancy new equipment and expensive office personal. Beware of the cancellation fees they charge!! They are real high and expensive!! Just be ready to pay out of pocket for a lot of things you really do not need!! I know i am not going back after all the cancellation fees and how pushy and rude they are... i know they will erase my review because i have heard that a thing that they do....

I love coming to Mack Dental. My previous dentist for the longest time just didn't care about me and it's a complete polar opposite here. Everyone in staff knows me by name and I know theirs. Every e is smiling and happy every time I come in. Now even though my insurance is out of network I would still rather come here for the quality of care I receive.
