I ordered a wheelchair and it was defective and broke in less than 2 months of use. When calling to follow up on the claim, the manager yelled at me and would not let me explain the purpose of my call. This person was very rude and made me feel bad. They said they would bring me the wheelchair yesterday and they didn't bring it. Then they said they would bring it today and they did not bring it. This man said we didn't have to call like they were doing me a favor. Now I call and they put me on hold and then they end the call

Excellent place. They allow you to buy syringes singles, by the bag or box, with no problem and no haggling you. No I.D. required! Your simple nice and friendly ma&pa pharmacy. I adore this place and am very thankful for it. Wish there were more around S.A. like this.

One of the few places in SA to rent medical equipment. Needed a wheelchair for a week so my wife could visit her 10 year old son in a psych hospital after a major surgery. Woman on phone was a bit rude but said she'd be there until 4 o'clock. For some reason pharmacy open later but only this woman can rent the equipment (seems like a poor business model). So I said I'd be in by 3 and 330. Get there and she'd left early. So now no visit because my wife can't walk as far as she needs to for the visit.
