Wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. Horrible experience. The customer service, the installation of our wood floors. Everything. Biggest mistake was using Hadinger flooring for our house and I will be happy to tell anyone who wants to listen why they shouldnt make the same mistake we made! This company should be ashamed. For anyone reading this also make note that the company wont reply to negative comments on Google AND they wont help you in real life either.

When we walked in we were a touch overwhelmed. We were approached by a gal named Patricia. We let her know what we were looking for, that it would jump out when we see it. Well, it did. She took care of us commenting on how we were so agreeable and both loved the rug. It was exactly what we wanted, perfect for the space and the colours! Patricia was wonderful !

This company is one to be avoided. Their customer service is awful. I signed a contract to have the floors in my entire house redone and paid half in advance. Two weeks later their team showed up to start the project, I asked their team leader questions regarding what material they were using for the sub-flooring and he had no idea of the answer. They were here to start the entire flooring job of my home and he couldnt answer that simple question, I asked him to call his supervisor which he did, his supervisor offered to come to my home that morning to look at the project and called me and canceled

Luis is very helpful and does not pressure you into anything. We had carpet samples so it was very easy to find what we wanted.

I Love the GREAT, Professional service Hadinger's provides. I have had a great deal of contact with Justin during our community rebuild. Justin has always made himself available, very responsive and most importantly will go above and beyond to make the customer happy and satisfied. Also, the installation crew is also very professional and respectful. They do an amazing job. Thank you Justin .....I will highly recommend you and Hadinger's for any future flooring need.

Whenever I have flooring needs whether it be carpeting, area rugs or flooring my first choice is Hadingers. They have the largest selection of rugs in every possible size. They even allow you to take home the rug and see if it works for you.
Ive bought rugs for my home in NC and they were happy to ship them. Their staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I havent found any store that compares.
