Without a doubt the best home contractor service--of any kind--that we've had since moving here 2 years ago. Constantin is prompt, communicates clearly, transparent and fair on cost, does excellent work, and is amazingly committed to customer satisfaction. When part of our heat system failed he came and found exactly the right solution to fix it efficiently and economically. He cautioned that our 35-year-old boiler was fine, for now, and didn't try to up-sell us. - Was there within the hour of our first call
- Was highly communicative about when he was coming (and actually showed up exactly when he said he would be there!)

Constantin was there the same day as I called, used shoe covers when entering my home, and diagnosed the issue with my air conditioning within 5 minutes of being there. The issue was fixed the same day at a very reasonable price. If you read on below, he really went above and beyond my expectation to resolve the issue, as well as prevent future problems.
Previously, another HVAC company had tried to fix the issue unsuccessfully, and had to come back to my home 3x because it was not fixed, charging over $1200. I could tell that Constantin has significant experience in HVAC, because he literally
