Precision Jiu-Jitsu offers Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training for the whole family, ages 7 and up. We also offer Kickboxing/MMA classes for ages 7 and up. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is the superior method of self-defense, and is a grappling style of martial arts that is more similar to wrestling than traditional martial arts.
However, BJJ focuses on fighting from the ground (even on one's back) with an emphasis on submissions (chokes and joint locks) that are especially effective for smaller, trained individuals to effectively defend and overcome larger, stronger opponents. It is also incredible for fitness and exercise.
