We have had the pleasure of working with Neal in selling two different farms. Both experiences were fantastic – he helped us with valuing our home, land and outbuildings, was very helpful with showing the properties and ultimately helping us sell them at a good price. Neal was quite good in communicating with us and updating us on potential buyers who had contacted him. I had a friend refer me to Davidson Real Estate to sell my house on 93 acres in Altamont, Missouri. I currently live in San Diego, California. I felt Neal did an excellent job in selling my farm in a timely manner. After putting my farm on the market, he sold the house and five acres in two months and the remaining 88 acres in 3 months this past summer. I was very pleased with the way he handled it and doing business with him. I would highly recommend Neal and his employees. We did all the paperwork online and he made everything very simple being an out of town resident.

Neal Davidson Real Estate were absolutely the best! The transaction, itself, was completely seamless and stress-free. Neal and his assistant (Shelly) were on top of it from day one-- and had our home sold within no time at all!! We truly regretted having listed it initially with another local realty group (who dropped the ball and let the home sit empty for FAR TOO LONG). After my father's passing, we decided to sell the family farm. Neal was able to get us a fair price and also worked to keep the tenant living in the house as a renter to the new owner.
