Cooney has built Colonial Property Management into one of the largest property management firms in the area. Colonial is a family owned and operated business with strong ties to the Military.

Robert Autry is a Military Veteran as well as most of our devoted staff are either prior military or spouses of military. With three generations of our family invested in the daily running of Colonial Property Management, we epitomize the term "family owned & operated". We offer homeowners every 90 day tenant inspections as well as annual interior inspections and exterior inspections.
