Founded in 2002 by Kelly Davis, a successful CPA and former CFO, our firm was acquired in 2016 by Doug Freeman, who had worked as a CFO in both small and global businesses.

Doug spent the first 10 years of his career working in public accounting firms, both large and small. He left public accounting when he was offered the CFO position for a regional technology solution provider. The role allowed him to practice his passion - working with a small business to use finance and accounting to enable growth.
